How to create a second Data Studio report for a different Facebook Ads account?

I am trying to create multiple data sources for different Facebook Ads accounts. I already created a dashboard for one Facebook Ads account, how do I create a second report with data for a second account?

Data Studio does not allow to use the same connector multiple times for the same user unfortunately. There are two possible workarounds for this:

  1. Use a different Google account in Data Studio for each facebook account, then share the datasources with the original user so that the dashboards can be created by that user. This is recommended for performance because each report will only request data for one specific Facebook Ads account.
  2. Add all the Facebook Ads accounts in the Windsor Onboarding page, then filter for a specific Account ID in Data Studio to each chart using the ADD A FILTER button: file
